Can my young child go into the Haunt?

We are a PG-13 rated haunt. We suggest that no one under the age of 12 enter the haunt without adult supervision. Please keep in mind that there is no discount for anyone younger than 12. Actors give the same level of scare to all ages. Our staff will have the right to remove a child at any time we feel that they are being traumatized. We do not give refunds if the child is asked to be removed, or can not make it all the way through.

Is there free parking?

Yes, There is plenty of free lit parking.

We were half way through the Haunt and we were to scared to go any farther, can we get a refund?

We do not have a refund policy. You have paid us to scare you. If you are so scared that you have to leave the Haunt early and not go on then we have done our job. If we have done our job then there is no reason for a refund.

What kind of clothing should I wear?

Wear something you feel is comfortable. We suggest only flats on the feet. No high heels. Please do not wear a mask or costume to the Haunt.

We have a wheelchair can we still come?

We have worked hard to accommodate everyone, there might be some tricky areas to get around, but if you need any assistance, please ask any staff person, and we will be glad to help you.

Do you take credit or debit cards?

We only take credit cards, or debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Can I drop my kids off and get them later?

We request that no children, or groups of children, under the age of 12 be on the property without their parent or guardian.

Are there restrooms available?

Yes, there are portable restrooms on site.

Are there items to buy or food?

Yes. We have food and gifts in our Midway.

Are the characters in the Haunt allowed to touch me?

No. Our monsters are not allowed to touch you, just as you are not allowed to touch them!

Is this location safe at night?

Yes. We have on site security as well as a Fresno Police Officer at all times.

Do you close if it is raining?

This is an indoor Haunt, we will be open rain or shine.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes, any group larger than 20 is eligible for a special discount. Please contact us for group information.

If someone in our group is asked to leave, does everyone in our group have to leave?

Yes. That will make sure you identify and corral the troublemakers in your group.
